You may return any unused item(s) within 30 days for a partial refund.

Authorization is required. You must obtain a return authorization number (RMA) prior to your return. Please call 1-262-965-3655 ext 105 or email to be issued an RMA #.

Use the original carton and pack the merchandise securely. Enclose the invoice with a brief explanation for the return. Ship the package prepaid via UPS or insured Parcel Post. We do not accept return merchandise shipped COD. Please mark the outside of the box or shipping label with the RMA # that was issued to you.

A 15% restocking fee applies for any reason other than defective merchandise. If you feel that your item is defective or manufactured incorrectly please contact us immediately upon receipt of the item.

Upon return of your item in good condition we will issue a credit equal to the amount of your original purchase less the restocking fee and any initial shipping charges.
